My favorite video player, VLC (initially VideoLAN Client) can virtually play almost any kind of video format. Now upgraded to vesion 0.9.2.
I love this open source software simply because there’s no limit in playing videos you want. Whatever odd format it may be. You can just play it with VLC.

Need a sound editing software. Heres what i found on the net. Actually it is one of the best and free sound editing tool I have found. I’m using Audacity, an easy-to-use sound editor and recorder for any operating system. To download click here. It’s free.

Here’s one of my best video converting tool… as a matter of fact it is the only one I’m using.

I found it easy to use WinFF. It can convert almost any video file from flash to dvd to raw file from a camera.

Here’s a simple way to capture your screen.
First you need to download a screen grabber software. For me, I used ScreenGrab V1.1. You can get this by going to No-Nonesense-Software. Don’t worry, it’s a freeware. Just look for:
